Siemens hosts customers and channel partners at 17 races throughout the 2008 season (see schedule below). To request hospitality packages, please submit your order using the order form located under the "order form" link above.

Note that the Siemens hospitality packages include a grandstand ticket as well as VIP credentials to the Siemens Hospitality Chalet where guests have access to food and refreshments prior to the race. Guests also have the opportunity to hear either Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne or Elliott Sadler speak and take questions from the floor. Hospitality guests also receive free motorsports merchandise and have the opportunity to win autographed items. Pit and garage tours are offered at most events depending on the track.

Important Note: Hospitality package orders are processed according to the date received at RMI Atlanta, and are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you promptly and return your payment. Hospitality packages sell out quickly so you are encouraged to submit your order early in the racing season to ensure availability. Hospitality packages are shipped via Fed Ex approximately 10 days prior to race day.
