All items ordered from Siemens are made pursuant to an Appointed Distributor Agreement ("Agreement"). The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale attached to and made a part of the Agreement, as amended from time to time, shall apply to all sales to you unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
