Industry Automation Technical Development Program (IATDP)
The Industry Automation Technical Development Program (IATDP) was designed to create a pipeline of technical talent specifically for the Industry Automation Division of Siemens Industry, Inc.
The IATDP experience, combined with in-depth training and business exposure, allows participants to explore various areas of opportunity to determine where their interests and talents best fit long-term with Siemens. IATDP is for graduates seeking exposure to Industrial Automation through technical support, application engineering, and business development opportunities.
This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout the business units of the Industry Automation Division: Automation Systems, Control Components and Systems Engineering, and Sensors and Communication.
Candidate Criteria
Majors - Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum GPA - 3.0/4.0
Relocation – Program participants may be required to relocate every six months to the locations listed below.
Possible Rotation Locations - including but not limited to Atlanta, GA; Johnson City, TN; Elk Grove Village/Chicago, IL; Springhouse/Philadelphia, PA; Bartlesville, OK and Houston, TX
