Siemens Industry is excited to continue growing its formal Internship Program. The goal of the Siemens Industry Summer Internship Program is to identify high-potential students to enter one of our nine Entry Level Leadership Development Programs (ELLDP) upon graduation. In addition to getting great experience in your respective functional area, Siemens Industry Interns will get opportunities throughout the summer to network with everyone from their peers in the Internship Program during social events to Executives during monthly Lunch & Learns, while learning more about our business. You will receive personal attention from your manager, as well as be paired with a current member of one of our Entry Level Leadership Development Programs to get a feel for what working for Siemens is like after graduation.
The internship program typically runs for 12 weeks during the summer, from May to August. All Siemens Industry Internships are paid internships with the salary depending on your year in school, major and functional work area. Housing assistance is available for students who qualify based upon IRS mileage regulations.
Requirements for all internships include the following:
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must be permanently eligible to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ideal candidates for our internships will possess the following Leadership Capabilities: Communication Skills, Ability to Learn, Customer Focus, Networking Skills, Ability to Analyze, Initiative, Organizing & Quality Orientation, and Results Orientation.
