Leadership Week

In today’s business world, more than technical knowledge is needed to be successful. Non-technical skills, training and networking expertise are equally important in the development of great employees.

Siemens Industry invests in the development of its future leaders by providing training for the ever-changing skills necessary to thrive in the business environment.   One example of this for ELLDPs can be seen in an event called Leadership Week.

Leadership Week gathers all Entry Level Leadership Development Program (ELLDP) participants in Alpharetta, GA. Occurring twice a year in January and July, Leadership Week provides training and networking opportunities to ELLDPs. The training is provided both through internal resources as well as professional consulting firms who specialize in the topic at hand.

Past Training Topics

Non-Technical Courses:

Essential Facilitation - taught techniques for successful group facilitation.

Networking Opportunities

"Leadership Week is integral to the success of the ELLDP -- it allows participants to build their network with program management, Siemens executives, and each other. It is this network that allows them to be successful throughout the program." -Program Manager, ELLDP
