Mexico Operations Leadership Development Program (MOLDP)
Siemens Industry Inc, also offers a Mexican Operations Leadership Development Program (MOLDP) geared towards Mexican Nationals interested in a long term career within Siemens Industry's Mexico operations. Recruitment for this program is conducted at universities within Mexico. All of the assignments offer the program participant exposure to the promotion and application of business strategy for process improvement within all aspects of operations.
This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout key areas of Operations. Areas of assignment may include: Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Production/Distribution Supervision, Plant Engineering, and Six Sigma/LEAN Manufacturing projects.
Rotation Information
Material Management - rotation would provide experience in inventory accuracy, cycle counts, process documentation and controls, shipping and receiving.
Supply Chain Management - calculating and forecasting replenishment levels, implementing new sourcing models, transportation cost reduction, and reducing inventory across the supply chain.
Supervision of a Production or Distribution Process - activities include supervision of a manufacturing line and day to day responsibilities for production.
Six Sigma or LEAN process improvement project - learning to gather data and to interpret and analyze information through statistical methods in order to define new processes.
Plant Engineering - candidates will be responsible for executing engineering changes to production for a variety of projects including cost reductions, new product designs, and design changes for manufacturing improvements.

Candidate Criteria
Majors - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum GPA - 3.0/4.0
Relocation - Must be willing to work in Juarez, Mexico
