Building Technologies Low Voltage is responsible for the residential products and markets, the Murray brand, and SE&A’s retail channel execution.

This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout key areas of Operations. OLDP is for graduate seeking opportunities to impact both the Operational and Supply Chain functions including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution using LEAN and Six Sigma process improvements.  Participants of the program will choose a track to focus on during their 4 rotations - either Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

Potential Career Path

"There is a distinct difference between an upper level manager knowing your name and knowing your capabilities.  One will get you a great introduction, while the other will further your advancement.  Through cross-functional projects you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities to the individuals who will help shape your career."   David Rymarz, OLDP Alum

"Individuals have the chance to develop the confidence to try new things and understand different angles of manufacturing/ operations - all major contributions to a successful career in a technical company like Siemens. This is really a mutually beneficial program - the employee receives additional training and experience and visibility to many different types of operations, and Siemens gains by having a talented, flexible and experienced group of talented individuals for open full time and critical positions." - Anne Cooney Vice President, Drive Technologies
