Each program within ELLDP consists of 4 six-month rotations in various functional areas, giving participants a well-rounded two year experience. The program begins with a detailed orientation to acclimate new participants with Siemens Industry and the Leadership Programs.
Shortly after orientation, the new employees join either a functional or cross-functional project. Depending on their hire date, participants may start with either type of project, as the types alternate with each rotation. After completing Rotation 1, each ELLDP member will participate in the first of four leadership weeks. Leadership Week occurs after each rotation, and after the fourth leadership week, program members will transition to their permanent position.
