HOW TO ORDER
There are three methods to choose from when ordering spare parts:

After we provide a verbal quote, fax your Purchase Order to us (513) 494-5225.
Order acknowledgement will be mailed or emailed to you (inquire about e-mail option when you call).
If you need to return a part: 20% of list price will be charged to cover the re-testing, handling, and re-stocking. In the unlikely event that you are shipped an incorrect part, please notify us within 30 days of the shipment to arrange proper credit and return.
Exchange
Our exchange program enables shipment of a rebuilt part before we receive the inoperable part from you. In return, you receive quick turnaround and, in most cases, less cost than an outright purchase of a new part.

o Purchase order is required for tracking purposes only. No charges will be applied to a warranty purchase order with the exception of special shipping and handling charges for counter-to-counter or door-to-door deliveries, or damage to the part not covered under warranty.
o If your request concerns a new control, motor or drive system under warranty, please contact your OEM.
Order acknowledgement will be mailed or e-mailed to you as you request.
We will deliver the part according to confirmed delivery date. Included in the shipment is a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and a Failure Symptom Report. The RMA number must be referenced on the packing slip and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Please ship back the inoperative part including the RMA form to the address indicated on your RMA.
Siemens will invoice you accordingly.
A credit will be issued against the Siemens invoice when the inoperative part is received and inspected at the appropriate Siemens facility within 20 days of original part shipment and accompanied with the RMA form.
Note: The inoperative part must be authorized for return and be in repairable condition
Repair
This program allows for repair of complete devices or components within 5 business days.

After we provide a verbal quote, fax your Purchase Order to us at (513) 494-5225, requesting "Repair" on the PO. Don’t forget your shipping address.
Order acknowledgement will be mailed or e-mailed to you (inquire about e-mail option when you call).
We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be referenced on the packing slip and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Upon receipt of the inoperable part, Siemens repair personnel will conduct the appropriate repairs and return a rebuilt part in 5 business days (unless “Rush Machine Down” situation that has already been quoted separately).
You will be notified if the part/material is not physically repairable or is uneconomically repairable. You can then provide instruction on whether to return or scrap the part(s).
Siemens will invoice you accordingly.
