Based on more than 30 years of experience working with the world’s leading cement producers, Siemens’ preconfigured CEMAT software modules guide operators through the diagnostics functions and interlocks for drives, dampers, belt conveyors and measuring values.
CEMAT improves operator productivity with interfaces that deliver precise diagnostic information prior to starting drives or groups of devices. The easy-to-use interfaces provide a consistent look and feel for all plant operations.

The scaleable CEMAT system offers all of the features of the latest version of SIMATIC® PCS 7 distributed process control system. The open platform of the system enables cement producers to use the best process optimization packages to increase plant throughput and productivity.
