Siemens Presents Commemorative Gold-Plated PCS 7 Controller to Air Products
Orlando, Fla. -- Prof. Dr. Michael Bruns (left), head of Process Automation, Siemens A&D, presents a gold-plated SIMATIC® PCS 7 controller to Chris DaCosta, Controls Platform Manager, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (right) celebrating the 20,000th PCS 7 controller sold worldwide. The presentation was held today during the Siemens Automation Summit at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Fla. The PCS 7 controller is a component of the SIMATIC PCS 7 Process Automation System from Siemens, which has been installed in more than 5,000 sites around the globe.
