SUCCEED is an information link to internships or full-time jobs and can also provide a preview of the skills and training, a company like Siemens needs for its future work force.
For teachers, SUCCEED is an easy link into Siemens. There are teaching aids, training materials, tools, product demonstrations, product samples and lectures on current issues by Siemens executives; all designed to help shape new engineers. The SUCCEED program also has the potential to provide guidance to teachers with student job placement or internships, and support for research or class projects.
