The 353 panel mounted loop controller is a full function instrument with a complete set of control functions, including PID control, indication, logic, and sequencing. The built-in I/O can support up to three loops of PID control. The standard communication is Modbus and an option board provides Modbus over TCP/IP Ethernet capability; providing high speed networking connectivity to interfaces such as operator workstations and plant historians.
The 352P loop controller , also based on 353 technology, combines the case mounting and terminal configuration of the Moore 352 Single-Loop Controller with the capabilities of the model 353. This allows you to achieve the additional capabilities of the model 353 without disrupting plant operations.
The 353R rack mounted loop controller provides additional built-in I/O capability. Up to 32 I/O modules, including analog, discrete, T/C, and RTD can be added; an ideal control solution for small unit process applications such as boilers, compressors and batch reactors. The Modbus over TCP/IP Ethernet option provides high speed networking connectivity to operator workstations and plant historians.
