Weighfeeders
Siemens weighfeeders offer reliable measurement and control of material feed rates for a wide range of applications. They can handle materials ranging in size from fine powders, such as lime and kaolin clay, to vegetables and clinker cement.
Weighfeeders are available in low, medium and high-capacity models with a variety of belt widths, inlet configurations and construction materials. Options include open, enclosed, food-approved, and stainless steel constructions and more. Custom designs are available for difficult-to-control materials or for discharging from mass flow bins.

High-accuracy, low-capacity for minor ingredient additives

Volumetric gate for rate control in blending, batching or loading operations
Integrators
Process sensor signals into operating data for continuous in-line weighing. They can take over basic control functions traditionally handled by other devices, like PID and batch control.
